Eden and Celia with trophy

Eden enrolled in our Cookery Level 3 and 4 programme direct from St Kents in 2018 and has just returned from the Young Chef Olympiadin Kolkata, India where he picked up the Ambassador's Trophy. Fifty countries travelled in India to test their skills over three rounds of competitions. Eden made it to the final where ten candidates had to develop their own recipes from a limited choice of ingredients. France won the gold medal.
