High School Barista Part One
Unit standard: 17285 Level 2, Credits 4
This 3-day course will teach you the basics of coffee preparation, with a lot of practical time on the machines.
You will be learning different types of coffee, the standard cafe recipes and how espresso machines are cleaned.

- Short Black (Espresso)

- Caffè mocha (Mochaccino)
- Hot Chocolate
A certificate of attendance and NZQA Unit Standards will be awarded on completion of this course. NZSFW is a member of the NZSCA NZ Speciality Coffee Association.
