Learn how to make delicious macarons every time with guidance from our expert chef in this one-day course. You will learn the key steps to baking perfect macarons and the confidence to recreate these at home.

Introduction

In this one day course, you will learn the essentials of macaron-making, from working with almond flour, to recognising each key stage in the process. You’ll also build confidence with techniques such as preparing meringue, achieving the right consistency, and adding delicate finishing touches.

At the end of the day you will come away with a delicious box of macarons to take home and enjoy sharing.
