Here is your opportunity to experience the dream – to cook professionally in your own restaurant. Your boss, your work colleagues, your clients and even your friends become the cast of characters who run the restaurant for the night!
You supply from your group, people to fill the following roles:
- 8 – 10 chefs
- 1 maitre’d
- 4 sommelier-waiters
- Head chef
- Sous chef
- Duty manager and bar staff
- All ingredients and equipment
- Chef’s aprons and hats
Outline of an evening:
- 4 pm - Arrival of the kitchen brigade. All ingredients are set out and our professional chefs will guide you in cooking techniques and presentation.
- 5 pm - Arrival of Maitre'd and sommeliers to set up a restaurant
- 6.30 pm - Arrival of the rest of your party for canapés and pre-dinner drinks
- 7.15 pm - Dinner is served
- 9.30pm - Your event concludes
