Fee Paying Student Visa
Planning to study with us full-time?
The Fee Paying Student Visa is a common option for international students coming to New Zealand to study full-time at an approved education provider.
To apply, you will generally need an offer of place, evidence of tuition fee payment or the ability to pay, sufficient funds for living expenses, and acceptable insurance. You must also meet Immigration New Zealand's other requirements.
How does the fee payment process work?
At the New Zealand School of Food & Wine, the international enrolment process is:
- Apply for your chosen programme.
- Receive a conditional offer of place.
- Accept your offer and receive an invoice for your course fees.
- Pay your course fees in full.
- Receive your official payment receipt and unconditional offer of place.
- Use the required documents to apply for your student visa.
Please note that not all students will be allowed to work while they are studying and we recommend applying for your visa well ahead of your intended travel date.
