Erin Jacobs re-introduces herself

She was part of our first year of cookery students in 1995. Erin went on to cook as chef for many years, works as an accountant now, and is transferring her creative talents into photography.

Erin won the @electrickiwinz Mobile Winner at NZ Geographic, Photographer of the Year Awards. 

Fascinated by the form of a giant sculpture titled Jacob’s Ladder by Gerry Judah, Erin Jacob took this photograph of its interior, looking upwards. It’s one of many artworks at Gibbs Farm Sculpture Park north of Auckland.

Celia Hay

Celia is a qualified chef and holds the WSET (London) Diploma of Wine. She has a Bachelor of Arts in History, Master of Education (Distinction) and MBA Master of Business Administration from the University of Canterbury.
