There is a singular joy in creating a great meal. Whether you're cooking for a restaurant full of diners, or a dining room full of friends, the pleasure and pride are still the same. Confidence to prepare such a meal however, does not come overnight. The understanding of what makes a perfect meal and the techniques and skills to do it have to be learned first.

The Director is Celia Hay B.A. M.B.A. M.Ed., a qualified chef and restaurateur who has used her experience in the hospitality industry to develop a range of courses targeted to provide students with the skills and information they need whether for a career in the industry or to know more about the preparation and enjoyment of food and wine.

NZSFW is registered as a Private Training Establishment with the New Zealand Qualifications Authority. Student Loans and Allowances are available.
