Certificate in Cookery
This 16 week, full time course runs three times each year.
The Certificate in Cookery introduces participants to the concepts of classical French Cuisine and provides thorough training in cookery techniques. Participantts will also learn about wine varietals and matching wine with food.

Certificate in Cookery and Hospitality (introduction)
This 15 week, full time course runs three times each year.
The Certificate in Cookery and Hospitality (introduction) includes cookery and hospitality workshops, as well as work experience compompent where participants learn restaurant service at Hay's, our award winning restaurant. Participants also complete a comprehensive wine appreciation course. Many graduates go on to work as baristas, waiters or kitchen staff.
