The world of food and wine ignites the imagination of both the home cook and the professional chef. To cook for others and create remains one of the authentic pleasures of our time.
Since 1995 our culinary school has offered cooking classes for the enthusiast as well as professional training for chefs, restaurant managers and sommeliers.
Our certificates in food and wine are approved by the New Zealand
Qualifications Authority and offer students a variety of ways to study – from
part time evening classes and weekend workshops to professional cookery
programmes taking 16 weeks.
The Wine and Spirit Education Trust wine courses enable students to learn
about wines from all over the world and earn a respected international
qualification.
