Some people dream of owning their own hospitality business; a café or catering business, a Bed and breakfast or a fast food takeaway. NZSFW offers a 30 week part-time course by distance learning, that introduces the key attributes that are needed to ensure your hospitality business survives and prospers. This course is designed for people who are working in another profession and wish to investigate the possibilities of the hospitality industry but are not yet ready to make a long term commitment. The course enables students to better understand the challenges involved and to learn from experienced tutors about the issues of running these types of businesses.
