You (or your agent) will be contacted by NZSFW to discuss your application and schedule a telephone or Skype interview. Once this process is completed you will be notified of your acceptance to the programme and an invoice for fee payment included.
In some cases there will be additional course fees that relate to the special requirements of your programme. Please refer to specific programme information for these costs. Examples include chef uniforms, knives, wine glass set, and WSET® examination fees. These will be included on your invoice or purchased during the first week of class.
In order for you to apply for a student visa you must pay your fees in advance and supply evidence of this payment with your application. NZSFW will provide a receipt for these purposes.
Programme fees must be paid in full to the NZSFW Trust Account. Please send by telegraphic transfer or bank draft to the NZSFW Trust Account, Public Trust Wellington New Zealand, Bank of New Zealand, North End Branch, Account No. 02 0536 0305865 01, Swift Code BKNZNZ22.

It is compulsory for all international students to have medical and travel cover with an approved insurance provider while studying in New Zealand. All policies must be approved by NZSFW prior to arrival in New Zealand.
The New Zealand School of Food and Wine abides by the Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students which sets out minimum standards of advice and care that you can expect and provides a procedure that you can follow if you have concerns about the treatment you receive from us or an NZSFW registered agent. NZSFW can provide details of local student accommodation for you to approach. Should you require NZSFW to arrange your accommodation for you there will be an arrangement fee of $280. An airport pick up service is also available in Auckland for a one way transfer of $100. Please advise us when discussing your enrolment if you require this assistance.
